The 2022 MoneyMart 2nd Quater Managerial Conference was held on the 16th of July, being the first gathering of managers since the opening of the Masvingo, Chipinge, Chitungwiza and Kwekwe branches, this meant this conference had more managers in attendance than any other in MoneyMart’s history. It was a joyous occasion as we celebrated equipping every branch with a motor vehicle, a steadily increasing loan book, the opening of four new branches. Branch manger  and support staff were applauded  for their stellar performance that enabled  us to grow at such an accelerated rate. The meeting also focused on looking forward as an organization. The Head office Management team detailed their plans to ensure sustainability and healthy growth with a focus of maintaining our core values as a company. Overally meeting went well, and the managers left with a renewed passion to achieve their goal for the rest of the year
